When you submit the consultation request form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, the type of dispute you select, your preferred day and time, and anything you write in the message field.
How we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your request and to schedule and provide mediation services. Your submission is stored securely in the site's database, and an email notification containing your request details is sent to Michelle C. Ross so she can follow up with you.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Analytics and advertising tools
This site may use analytics and advertising measurement tools — such as cookies or pixels — to understand site traffic and to measure whether our advertising is working.
